FANS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR OLLY

Monday April 20, 2021
PETERBOROUGH fans are determined to raise money for injured number one Olly Allen.

The 32 year-old has been told his 2015 season is over due to the serious ankle injuries he sustained in an East of England Showground crash against Rye House in late March.

Now the Peterborough Panthers Speedway Supporters' Club (PPSSC) have planned two collections for Allen in the coming days.

The first will take place at the group's next social event - a St George-themed quiz night at the Post Office Club in Bourges Boulevard, Peterborough, PE2 1AU on Friday (April 24, 7.30pm start).

There will also be regular updates for those in attendance as the Readypower Panthers are scheduled to be in action at Somerset in their final Premier League Southern Group fixture on the same night.

The PPSSC will then hold another collection for Allen during Peterborough's home Premier League clash against Rye House at the East of England Showground on Sunday (April 26, 5pm).
